I purchased a decoder from Game and was instrtucted to contact Star Sat for the installation. I have been given installers numbers from yesterday but none of them answer their phones, i call Star Sat back and they keeping telling me that they get me an installer. This is poor customer service, there needs to be a better quality assurance on the suppliers/installers you use as an organisation.

I have no signal since Saturday. Called Star Sat every day since. Was told this morning that an email is escalated to the relevant department. They can't tell me when a technician will be sent out, nor give me technician contact info. It's a Public Holiday, hence further delay. The previous occasion I experienced same problem, I was told to buy a new decoder which I did. Is this a planned strategy? DISAPPOINTED

Channels have been down for more than half the month, this is pathetic that we pay a months subscription but have not been able to watch the channels for the month, yet the minute a payment is late the service is discontinued....

This company is a waste of time firstly they advertised that they will broadcast the world Cup 2018 and they lied saying that they don't have broadcasting rights and I must watch sabc..... Then they don't even broadcast sabc anymore I tried to call them and I can't get trough clearly meaning that I am not the only consumer experiencing this utterly disgusting service..... Eventually I get trough and was on hold for over 10min!!.... Absolutely disappointed

I sent emails to Star Sat customer services asking them why they are not letting the customers aware of the channels that are being discontinued.No one has contacted me.Every day channels are taken away. And being replaced by Asian channels;it's ridiculous ..So many channels we don't recognise.What is happening at Star Sat?? They don't know the meaning of customer service.

No wonder everyone in South Africa says if it is Fong Kong it is ****. You pay for a service, and battle your ass of to get a service out of them. China I will show you what I do with your Fong Kong ****, and I will get all of my money back. Luckily there is laws in SA that protect consumers rights. And there is lawyers that will assist by *****ing companies like yours. And please also remember, the NBC is also there for certain reasons.
