OMG like you guys are actually insane, I put a review last week got feedback and assumed all was sorted based on the communication I received from Bonitas. I than even did a good review only to get a message saying my policy is suspended like *** guys
It is unfortunate that my review started off with me an angry client, however Bonitas handled it well. Responses were prompt and satisfactory resolution was reached with 24hours. Thank you for listening and caring.
I am absolutely appalled at the lack off communication. Ui recently joined bonitas and realised my preferred hospital is not on my list. I than proceeded to email options@bonitas as I was informed thus is the process to upgrade my plan. It's been over 72 hours and no response. This is highly concerning for me.
I had a courtesy call from MFC just this week thanking me for keeping my acc up to date etc, on the call we confirmed my next debit will be 28th feb last day of the month yet they debit my account yesterday on the 24th...LIKE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AND WHERE DID YOU GET THE RIGHT TO DO SO AS MY SALARY HAS NOT BEEN PAID AS YET!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my word... Disastrous people with no heart. I canceled end of July due to financial reasons as I had resigned and I did advise them it will only be for a few months. Discovery penalized me R7983 fine in November I than apied to rejoin they have know given me a offer with 12 month waiting periods for every icd code used during my previous admissions which by the way were all pmb. I sent latest scans and communication stating there was no diagnosis made nor am I on any chronic medication. The codes were used during admission as the doctor was unsure what was wrong. I have been with discovery since 2017 and I only had a month break in membership and this is the treatment you receive. I would like to dispute the offer conditions and also get in contact with someone of authority who can and is willing to actually listen and assist. This is the reason everyone is posting about discovery on different social media platforms.
Unauthorized debit amounts. Yet they do t provide the airtime but they debited me with authority
I have been a client of discoveries for 8 years never once have i defaulted on payment. Mt debit order returned in august i sent a mail through saying i needed to cancel due to financial constraints the only response i got was saying they will re debit and than lapse my policy. How sad after so many years and i just needed a break for 3 months and planned on re joining
Due to financial reasons and unforeseen deaths in the family my bond went into arrears, I sent absa over 5 emails already stating that the interest is getting to high I want to make a payment arrangement to stop it from going higher absolutely no response.
Oh my Gosh what a nightmare, my fibre has been down for 3 days know. I have spoken to maybe 6 people or more requesting a tech out still no luck..
I have sent MFC mails from the 7th April to make a payment arrangement, to date no one has bothered responding. But when a payment is missed 10 people can send mails and letters of demand
