The customer service and delivery is absolutely poor. Since Monday i have been for a technician or a courtesy call from Telkom regarding my fibre line. At the end of this month i have to pay full yet almost 1 week is being lost. i am unable to do my work at night, my child cannot watch her programmes. This affects my job and livelihood yet i must call over and over again for service delivery. Monday 4th September 2023 I went to 2 shops (Pavilion and Chatsworth) with my router, first shop pavilion the employee says its sorted go home plug and play and i did so but the same issue remains (No Internet Access), I then proceed to call the 10210 number and the lady says she can see my fibre is not connected and tells me about the technician then she disappears off the call and the call gets cut, the second time i call a guy answers i tell him the samething then he disappears and the call gets. Tuesday 5th September 2023 i go the Chatsworth shop with my router the employee says maybe its the router and they have no routers in stock they will call me and i am still waiting. So i am waiting for the technician and the router, maybe i will get it this year Telkom.
I have a vehicle that I am considering to be traded-in and I made an Inquiry to Netstar about getting a new device for the new vehicle. So I was told this: "Netstar does not do a device only if you want a new device only for your new vehicle you need to take a new contract, but they can come take your old device from your old car and place that into your new car for R600.00" If you are a contract holder and been with Netstar for years surely an organisation of this stature has the ability to offer your customers a service that offers device only replacements at a fee instead of using a old device with a change-over price of R600.00. In a time where people are cash strapped diversification for customer care is needed. This will be my last year I use this service from Netstar. By the way your technicians did the installations at my workplace and I have seen on the work camera exactly were your technicians have put the devices maybe I can save myself that R600.00.
Worse Service Delivery and Customer Care: On Friday 3rd July 2020, my order was messed up for delivery and after a few phone calls the details was sorted out. The RAM representative then assured me that on Monday 06th July 2020 at 09:00am I will get my order and the delivery persons will call me. Today Monday 06th July 2020 it is 11:10am after I had to call RAM about my parcel delivery. I have been told by the RAM representative that my parcel will arrive during the day but before 4pm. So i rest my case in terms of terrible customer service and empty promises by representatives that show poor customer service s****s. Your staff needs proper customer service training or needs to understand what it means when you give customers targets and then go against it.
Your delivery service with RAM is appalling. I have been dealing with Vodacom for 10 years now and to track my delivery and to only find out there is a non-delivery. Where is customer service with a courtesy call to your customer. Absolutely terrible service
I purchased a decoder from Game and was instrtucted to contact Star Sat for the installation. I have been given installers numbers from yesterday but none of them answer their phones, i call Star Sat back and they keeping telling me that they get me an installer. This is poor customer service, there needs to be a better quality assurance on the suppliers/installers you use as an organisation.
Sportsman Warehouse- Westville (Pavillion) I had bought a bicycle for my daughter for her 6th birthday. After only 1 use the bike tyres went flat so when i took it back after a week, and the lady at the counter says the tyre tubes are burst so I had told her my daughter rode it at home, then the lady said the surface must have damaged it, i explained to the lady our home is fully tarred. So I had to pay for both tyre tubes to be replaced, and again after a week both tyres are flat again. So I decided to lay a complaint on the Sportsman Warehouse complaints department and its 3 weeks since and not even a reply. It was my first purchase at this store and truly a disappointment at the quality of the goods supplied to me. A guarantee was given without even giving me the gaurentee terms for the product. 1. How many times year must a tyre tube be replaced? 2. What is the life span of a tyre tube? 3. what is an appropriate surface to ride a bicycle if tar damages a tyre? 4. Should your sales personnel not also product knowledge to the products they you sell to advise first time customers on the product? 5. I there no guarantee brochure to indicate the coverage of the product on the bicycles you sell? If these are explained a customer maybe it will add value to your customer care.
