Marlize Van Wyk - excellent service
After a horrible experience with Debt rescue we got in touch with Marlize. She was extremely helpful. Sorted out queries we've had for over a year in a matter of days. Het service is impeccable. Thank you Marlize for your speedy response and the extra mile you went to sort out all our queries.

Poor communication
When I started the process I was very excited as communication was regular but as soon as we agreed to pay for the service the communication become one sided. None of our queries have been answered. We receive an instruction but when you query something on the instruction your email is ignored. We acknowledge that they are busy but all customers deserve transparency. Better communication will make this whole process better for both you and us.

Worst company ever. They ignore your emails, they mark your queries as completed without sorting out anything or ever communicating with you.
