The reality: 26 Weeks waiting. No refund. No pants. Blocked by the company on Social Media. Pre-Orders do not take 3-5 Weeks as stipulated when ordering. Be prepared to waitโฆ.. 26 Weeks ago I placed my order. Week 10 they stopped replying to my emails and WhatsAppโs. Now: They have blocked me on all social platforms because I asked for my order or a refund. There is no refund available on pre-orders. They are still running ads accepting new orders. Ignoring existing customers orders that are still waiting.

Whatever you do, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order in August 2025, and is still waiting for this to be delivered. They will NOT refund you, even though they stipulate that their pre-orders take 3-4 Weeks. As of today, I've been waiting 26 weeks for my order. They DO NOT respond to email or WhatsApp messages, and as soon as you bombard their social pages with messages asking them to respond, they block you! This is a disgrace! They are still advertising over all platforms, *****ing money!
Receive e-mail from RSA web on 11 June stating they acknowledge receipt of my termination request (which i did not send). Phoned them and logged a ticket (dont waste time logging tickets you dont get a response) they then told me 3 times both my accounts are not going to be cancelled. On 1 July they cancel one account, phoned them and got told it was a mistake on their side and that it would take 72 business hours to resolve. Today is the 9th of July the longest 72 business hours in history. I have been a loyal client for over 4 years and they only seem intrested in new clients as I have phoned them mutiple times spoke to mutiple agents logged mutiple tickets and I have asked everytime for feedback and I have in 7 days receive 0 ZERO NIL feedback from them. Lets try again tomorrow......
So I've noticed that they've changed their Facebook page since I've made comments warning potential customers on each & every one of their posts. No Comments available anymore. I am calling on all customers that's been scammed by this company to join the page: https://www.facebook.com/BestDressCustomers/ - I have not lost a lot, but what they are doing is WRONG! I am on a mission, and I will take them down!
Do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM "Best Dress - all stylish"! They do NOT "update every step of the way". It's been almost 7 months and I'm still waiting for some kind of feedback, my order, or a refund! Not replying to any of my mails or messages.... Also no section to complain or "Not Recommend" you. Very disappointing. No contact number, so the only thing I can do is send mails that nobody bothers to reply to. On their website - under "About Us" there's an "AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE" logo. Please remove this!
