worst. the owners are rude and arrogant. we got curtains which are high and low, as well as frayed blinds. their prices are ridiculously high. one of the curtains and the entire rod fell down after 2 weeks. they deliberately reprogrammed our curtains to open at midnight and 3am just because we complained and held back the final payment until they resolved the issues. they did not resolve anything, and later admitted that they secretly installed a device to cause our curtains to open at ridiculous hours. we eventually paid them and got it redone by a reputable supplier. awful people and worse service.
The worst experience of my life. We were quoted a small fortune and agreed to go ahead as we were promised a perfect end product. We paid 70% before we received anything. When the products were delivered they were skew, fraying lifted at the seams etc. after less than a month a rail fell off with the curtains dragging on the floor. When we complained we were told by the owner that he believes the job to be fantastic and that our house was skew not his product. This was never backed up by any actual evidence just his opinion. He removed curtains advising that he shall repair them and return them. They were never brought back to the premises. The automation was never done correctly they have the password and have programmed the curtains to open and close at ridiculous hours like 2am. After many angry emails back and forth they agreed in writing to remove their products and refund us in full. They then just issued us with summons for the entire amount! After covid our financial situation deteriorated drastically now we need to spend money we don’t have on attorneys
So disappointed. I am a small business, black female owned. The company that manufactures Estée Lauder counters was leasing my building. They liquidated their company in order to get out of paying me. They just opened a new company and started trading under his wife’s name. I brought this to the attention of Estée Lauder , believing that they were unaware of this, and that they would never support a company that deliberately puts black female owned companies out of business. I was shouted at by the md who said that I wasted an obscene amount of their time by calling and that they had no interest in what I was saying. He then proceeded to slam the phone down on me after me saying that I have all the proof needed to support my claim. He screamed that I was emotional...something which I know he wouldn’t accuse a man of!!! Well done Estée Lauder supporting a white male putting a female owned business out of business...and as if that isn’t bad enough screaming and shouting about how little you care. You should care because I am your customer and you are what’s wrong with this world. Completely lacking empathy towards women and humans in general. Mr big shot md remember the fall from your high horse shall be a painful one and I hope that karma gets you soon
