I feel like capitec is working with the ****mers because when you report incident they keep on changing stories Sunday I was advised to get an affidavit and case number of which I did get those today when I go to the branch the lady called the head office and she was advised again that nothing they can do to retrieve my funds and there’s no need for affidavit that I provided them with…. It even worse because when you report they just give you a false hope this morning I received emails and WhatsApp from them advising me that they’ll call me I provided them with the number to call me on but no call received…. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with such poor service and why they w wasting my time from taking me from pillar to post why was I asked to get an affidavit and case number from the police…. Why is it so hard for them to trace the accounts that funds were made to and freeze those accounts and retrieve my money back because all the evidence has been provided…. I hope someone from capitec sees this and get back to me with a better solution because currently I’m not happy and I even regret having an account with this institution because they are unreliable

I would like to log a complain about Virgin Active the service Received with regards to my query is pathetic from the first week of April trying to resolve the matter making phone calls to them and they always promised to get back to whenever I request for the sales manager of Virgin Active Pavilion the consultants tell me that it either on the meeting or he is not available there was this once incident where I spoke to him he advised to call me back after he spoke to the agent with regards to the query that I had but he never called me back I left many massages for him to call back but never received any call up until today
Hi I made a booking via booking.com to Searenity on the beach of which they charged me R1,725 I paid the amount then few hours later I got the message that the apartment is under construction till the 04th October 2021 I require them to pay back my money because I went to the bank and they advised that they cannot assist
Good day I would like to log a query against Capitec Bank, on the 29 of September 2019 I did the transfer from my bank account which is 1608504326 using the bank app, the transfer was ment for Mr M.E Banda his account number is 1667259855 but the payment mistakenly went to some unknown recipient the account number for that person is 1167259588, on the 3rd of October I went to the bank to log the query and the reference number that was given to me was 67653491 because Mr Banda advised that he did not get the money that he was supposed to get and, at the consultant who was assisting me called the customer care service of which as per the consultant the money was withdrawn and they contact the client on the other side, the client assured the agent from customer service that the money will be available on the next day which was gonna be Friday the 4th for the bank to deduct the money and return it to my account, but the consultant from the bank advised me to give them 24hrs of which I did and also gave them an enough time to resolve this by me saying that I will return on Tuesday day the 8th of October, I did returned to bank as I promised but I was advised that there no feedback as yet I was asked to give them up until Friday the 11th but today I received the SMS from the bank which say they couldn't deduct the money due to no authority from the client who received the money, I'm not happy with that feedback, i also asked if I could be given the full profile of the client who took the money so that I can take further steps but the bank refused to do and said the law doesn't allow them to do so, can I be assisted to resolve this issue urgently, I'm also ****ed of with such service Kind regards Mukelani Zubane
