I am utterly disgusted with the service i received from CIELO and would not recommend to anyone. I have sent numerous emails and calls regarding my refund to date is not done and they keep on telling me that it will take 14 days. ticket number 118203

Tashi Furniture on Marketplace. I purchased a hollywood mirror. Delivery on time, however workmanship is poor. I was not happy with the final product and they took part of it away. Been waiting three weeks for part of renewed product to be delivered and they keep promising me to return. IT's been three weeks now and still waiting on their promises to retrun the product. I will lay a ******** charge at SAPS tomorrow, Monday. I paid in full for a service, I expect a service to be delivered! The pictures they show on their page are ****. BEWARE Do not but from these people.

I was contacted by Mr Naidoo of Ok Furniture Legal he advise me I was in arrears of R5400 this of on the 25 of Nov 2023 , I advised that I would like to make an arrangement to pay it he then said he require a double payment of R2600 , I then paid R2600 on Nov 2023 and R2600 in December and that he will change my amount back to R1294,11, I called on the 12th of Jan 2024 to check what my debit was going to be they advised that it will be R2600 because Mr Naidoo sent in the request to late , I then contacted Mr Naidoo advising him that this wasn’t the agreement and that I was told they because you sent the request through to late I will now be charged again R2600 he then rep**** saying that his on leave and he will contact me on Monday. I then waited for my debit to go off on the 28th of Jan 2024 only R1294,11 went off I though Mr Naidoo obviously sorted it out. Mr Naidoo then contact in 01 of Feb 2024 stating that my debit was only R1300 and they still require another R1300 because of a payment in May 2023 that I missed so he is now saying that I missed 3 payments , I advised him that that isn’t what he told me on Nov 2023 because according to me based on the arrears of R5400 my account should be update to date so how is it that you missed that payment , he then requested to see me and that I was the one to change my payment in Jan 2024 after Ok furniture finance department advised me that he sent the request in too late to change it back to R1294,11 He then messsged me on the 23rd of Feb 2024 stating that my account is in an arrears of R3486 and that I should kindly co tact him to urgently discuss it then he goes on anything sorry wrong client and that I did not stick to the arrangement of R2600 and if he could see me. I advised him that it went from 5400 which I paid , then R1300 now and now it’s R3486 but I have been paying since Nov 2023 the payments we agreed on so how can I be in arrears again he then said he will get the finance team to contact me I recieved no contact from him or the finance team but a final notice letter on the 29th of Feb 2024 stating if I don’t pay R2186 they will take legal action against me I contacted Mr Naidoo asking him why he sent a final notice if I didn’t receive a call from the finance team or the recording of the call I made on the 12th of Jan 2024 he never responded I’ve been calling Ok furniture finance department I spoke to Robin in their legal department which advised that I agreed in my contract to pay legal fees I advised her I paid it as agreed to double payments of 2600. I then called back and spoke to Megan who transferred me to her supervisor Kimberley who I explained what happened and she said she will speak to her supervisor and will call me on the 1st of March in the morning I never received a callback so I decided to call again spoke to Janine who told me Kimberly is off sick and not sure when she will be back I then asked her to check the notes on the account and then told me that it was my responsibility to make sure my payments wasn’t missed and that I will have to pay the R2186 , I asked her if I can lay a complaint at the beginning of the call so I wanted the complaint ref no. she then advised they can only provide a ref no. If I’m complaining about the stock I then resquested to speak to her supervisor she said that her supervisor is in a meeting and will call me back I am an extremely unhappy customer and I don’t think what they doing to me is right , I’ve been chasing them for how I was treated , **** to and it’s affecting my mental health. I NEED ANSWERS
