I purchased an item from your store and subsequently returned it. When I brought it back, I was assured that my refund would be processed within four (4) days. However, it has now been six (6) days, and I have still not received my refund. his experience has been frustrating and highly inconvenient. I expected better service and adherence to the timelines that were communicated to me at the time of the return. I kindly request that my refund be processed urgently, and that I be provided with a written confirmation of when I can expect it to reflect. I also request clarity on the cause of this delay so that similar issues can be avoided in the future. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.
I would like to write a review about Auto & General. The consultant I interacted with at A&G deserves to be rated 100 cos we don’t get that kind of service anymore
It's been over four months since i asked for my refund at Regenesys and for some reasons they seems to be giving me a run around. I am really not happy with Mompati at this moment. I have escalated the matter to his superiors but still nothing has happaned.
I paid my account a year ago and my i still get calls from you regarding MiX Telematics tracker and i see i am listsed on ITC for that. I sent you proof of payment on numerous occasions and still not getting any joy.
I recently visited Pick n Pay Little Falls and had an extremely disappointing experience with a supervisor by the surname Mbatha. Her attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. While I was waiting in the queue, the Money Market cashier requested her assistance to void a transaction. Despite repeated calls from the cashier and other staff members, she ignored them, continued using her cellphone, and moved very slowly without any sense of urgency. This behavior reflects poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. I kindly request that this issue be addressed and feedback provided.
I have logged a complaint two month ago and they promised to phone me with feedback and to date no feedback.
I sold my car in 2023 August and canceled my tracking device on the 30th August 2023 and i still get messages that my account is in arrears and listed on ITC
After I canceled Rain, they arrived to pick up the gadget, and to my amazement, they deliberately put me on ITC. I spoke with one of their collections agents and told them to look into it after I terminated the network, but they never responded until I recently found out that I was listed.
I spoke to Bongiphiwe Mlangeni looking for my paidup letter and she said she was unable to help me and referred me to Nthabiseng Innocentia Leholo who was not available to take my call and i spoke to the rude and cold guy by the name of Itumeleng Machoba who said it wasn't her matter i should wait for Nthabiseng to come back from lunch. I've been requesting for my paid up letter from the 03/09/2024 and to date i still don't have it.
