Been trying to renew my contract with MTN,since mid November,and the deals I am interested in they tell me are on the new system.I am unable to get the deals as my number has not been moved from old system to the Ilula system.After being understanding today I phoned call centre and was told there is no deadline to move the numbers from old system.My number will be moved whenever it is moved......Very frustrating... .!!!!! For company as big as this not to have deadline or start a project that doesn't have an end date..... The most inefficient call centre.....the branches/franchise people way better than the call centre.....
Hello, I am regular at the Clearwater branch and have been, for quite a while now. I have been doing my brow threading at the shop, I even did micro blading at the shop. I am very disappointed in the service I received today (09/10/2019). I first walked in around 18:30 this evening, there were 3 ladies on duty and everybody had a customer with her, and there was 1 lady waiting on the couch,and I walked out to go to Standard Bank ATM inside the mall, came back at 18:40. When I came back the 3 ladies were still busy and have now attended to the lady who was waiting.I told them I will be back going to get myself water and they said nothing. I left and came back between 18:45 and 18:50 and was told they can't help me as they take the last customer at 18:30 and I explained to the lady I was there twice before now and no-one said anything, and since when do they take the last customer at 18:30 because am usually there after 18:30. The lady who was done with the customer who was on the till at the time said they need to cash up and communicated with the other lady if she would be able to help me and they were responding to each other with their eyes .......God knows what they were saying.....then they asked what I wanted to do and I said threading and tint, then the other lady responded by saying she can do threading but not tint. Out frustration I decided not to do anything since I felt they won't do a proper job....given the attitude...... While I understand that the shop closes at 19:00 they could have told me from when I walked in that they won't be able to help.
