Visit Petzone Hartbee****rt to buy dog food on 30 July 2024. One gondola end had a sharp corner and scratched my leg and my pants were torn. I reported it to the cashier and send an email with photos to Westpack/Petzone that their Occupational Health and safety is not on standard and that a child could possibly sustain serious injuries. The manager did make contact after to say that the gondola end was fixed. I requested that my pants should be replaced - no more no less. She did take it up with her boss “Manny” but only offered me a cash amount not equal to the value of the pants. I am very disappointed in the way this is handled by senior management Safety hazard - Not taking responsibility - Just take the money and keep Quiet. This is not acceptable
ADT LISTED ME ON ITC WITHOUT ANY REASON. PHONED THEM TO ENQUIRE AS MY LAT ACCOUNT REFLECTS A R0-00 BALANCE. SPOKE TO AN EMPLOYEE AFTER HOLDING ABOUT 7MIN THAN SHE INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING LISTEDD ON THEIR SIDE. AGAIN I HOLD AS SHE NEED TO SPEAK TO CREDIT CONTROL - AFTER HOLDING AGAIN FOR AGAIN 5MIN THE PHONE WAS PUT DOWN ON THEIR SIDE. VERY POOR SERVICE - THE BIGGER THEY BECOME THE POORER THE SERVICE MY ITC NEED TO BE SORTED AS A MATTER OF URGENCY !!!!!!
