One star seems to many, the service is absolutely disgusting. They never answer their phones or emails, they keep giving excuses as to why my documents were not submitted when all my papers were correct in the beginning. I ended up taking loans and I am going back to work and still no payout. They should refund us!!!!!!!!!
I had taken a new contract (against my better judgment) for the free promotional data. Firstly I was told I can come into the store to collect my phone when I got there after sitting for 10 - 15 minutes I was told I need to go home because of some system issue. The next day after I had to phone after MTN Paddocks I was told I would get a call back - needless to say noone called me. I then again wasted my time with a new born baby went into the store to then get told oh the phone is ready you just have to wait for the safe. I let that go giving them the benefit of the doubt. I then started the phone got the data text I was supposed to get 34GB I got 18GB I called the store last week Wednesday no response I had to call back (once again) Thursday for the issue to be logged then. It is now a week and a day later and no feedback. I called the store to speak to the manager who kept on saying oh we have processes. When I asked for it to be taken further she sarcastically told me " oh the regional manager is right next to me would you like to speak to her even she cant do anything". The service I have recieved has been pathetic! No urgency, no empathy and such a lack of communication. I regret every going with MTN I have just always had issues with them. I will never take a contract for free perks again and I will let all my friends and family know the service I have recieved.
