I sent my brother to engen garage on the 29th of June for gas refill he got there and found a queue upon arriving the attendant that was there asked him for R50 in order for him to get him at the front row which my brother advised he does not have and he kept on pressing him till my brother said i will buy you a drink rather he want inside and took a 1.5 litre drink which my brother paid for but he seemed angry he did not get the R50 he had requested fast forward to today our gas is finished and its not even a month a gas we normally last 2 months with meaning this guy did not fully fill our gas probably he filled it halfway.Very very disgusted by this service in Tableview Capetown.
Driver 84527 of bus 1916 driving from Bellville to Durbanville was very very rude this morning , First of all she closes the door bus while my other leg is still outside and did not even apologise for it and I said nothing but she saw what she did ,after that I pay telling her am going by the lodge she responds rudely that I must indicate which lodge I respond with Tygervalley and she keeps going on and on rudely which I responded with sis please give me my change , I went and sat down and as we approach my destination I press the stop button which she clearly ignores given that she is displaying some rudeness towards me then she passes my stop which now I have to knock her window and say sis but I pressed the button and she ignores me and stops miles away from where she was supposed to drop me! I am really hurt by the incident and this lady's behaviour is not acceptable.
I would like to applaud a gentleman that was driving CY255886 around 8am in the morning today by Engen Tiger Waterfront Convenience who saw a certain lady who was trying to break in a parked car and lied its her car, The gentleman was indeed a hero in this matter and handled it very well. Thank you so much for your service and insuring we are safe from these penetrators.
