The windscreen cracked over night on the Suzuki Swift we hired. No impact, no chips. There are numerous complaints on-line about Swift windscreens that cracks, for no apparent reason. Possibly a design fault in either the vehicle or windscreen? I was promised a call back in 72 hours. 500 hours later and no call. It is the easy way out to take the customers deposit and blame him. Rather do a proper investigation.
One item I ordered was discontinued. Replaced with more expensive item at no extra charge after e-mail communication.
Cannot give 0 stars, sadly. Their decoders are well below standard. Does not last a year. About impossible to get an agency in Pretoria. Impossible to speak to the people in the call centre. It sounds like a shebeen in the background and they put the phone down without speaking to the caller. They cannot give contact details.
We forgot to replace the dustbin in the Nannyvac (Brilliant little machine), and subsequently ended up with a bad whine in the vacuum cleaner. I contacted Nannyvac via their website to enquire about a new fan/motor. Charlton called me a couple of minutes later (this was after 19:00), offering to service the unit. They paid for the courier from Pta to CT, Replaced all broken parts, thoroughly cleaned the unit and returned via courier, No cost to me! Charlton updated me through-out to inform me of the progress. This is brilliant service, going way, way further than what is expected (seeing that the damage was due to my negligence). This is why businesses grow and become very successful. Well done!
