I was on a certain decoder package and decided to move over to DSTV stream. Everything went well for the first three months. I then received a reminder e-mail from DSTV to pay my account 5 days prior the end of the month. I normally pay on the app but decided to pay my account by following the link on the e-mail. Come end of the month, the service was suspended. After calling the service centre and spend 25 minutes on the call, they told me that I have paid the money in the closed-up account. It took at least 2 weeks, R200 of phone calls and immeasurable patience to get the money to be transferred to the correct account. The DSTV team in this regard is in need of some serious system training
I need my MiWay app to be sorted out I was previously at MiWay and download the app, now I can't log in, even after trying to reset my password
