Ihave since sent them emails and whatsapps regarding one of their agents that de*****ed my seniour mother. nothing has been done about the matter and the very same agent said they will not be refunding yet he has no anser as to how they manage to deduct money without her concernt and her banking details. pensioners are in trouble with this people.DIVERSITY LIFE.

So Diversity life goes on to jjust delete review but fails to answer to calls and respond to emails. so they must be aware of the ***** being caused by their agents. the agent that *****ed my mother is Thato Ieven left those details on the emails sent to them.they do not respond but they can attend to reviews that fast.

This company has *****ed my elderly mother and deducted her sassa pension without her agreement and they did not even have her banking details. the agent name was Thato who was placed at Sontonga mall in Katlehong her contact number on their phamplet is 063 2830899. they spoke to my senior mother about 3mths ago and today the 2nd of December 2025 she woke up to a deduction of over R350 from her pension which just goes to prove they ment to de***** her-why deduct only now and how when they do not even have her banking details. their phones are not being answered been calling them for hours no luck. even email found from google not responded.
