Diversity Life
Based on recent customer reviews, Diversity Life receives sharply divided feedback. Satisfied customers consistently praise the catering plan, highlighting generous portions, quality food, and dignified support during funerals, with several mentioning quick, convenient service and helpful, dedicated staff. However, a recurring and serious theme involves allegations of unauthorised debit orders linked to agents from Diversity Connect, with customers reporting deceptive POS machine interactions, lack of consent, and unresponsive management when seeking refunds or cancellations. Trust and ethical sales conduct emerge as central concerns alongside otherwise positive product experiences.

I was victimized by an agent from Diversity Connect, which is a division of Diversity Life. The agent used a deceptive "eligibility check" on a POS machine to gain access to my card. Even though I explicitly rejected the offer on the spot, they used that interaction to *****ulently authorize a DebiCheck mandate for R380 without my consent. I let my guard down because they represented what appeared to be a verified and legitimate Financial Services Provider, but this is a calculated ****. This is a systemic pattern, as evidenced by numerous similar reports from other victims on Facebook. I reached out to Diversity Life management to explain the situation and formally request a refund, but they have failed to take any action. Diversity Life must take full responsibility for the ***** committed by their representatives. I am opening a case with the SAPS and reporting this FSP to the NCC WARNING: Do not let these agents touch your card or use their POS machines for "checks."

I did not approve of any debit order. They approached me and I said am not interested as I don’t get paid, they said I should just assist them drop my details so they get paid and nothing will be done to my details, and if anything they will call me. And now 369 is debited every month. No approval , they did not even explain to me what it’s for.
