Refund my money
I did not approve of any debit order. They approached me and I said am not interested as I don’t get paid, they said I should just assist them drop my details so they get paid and nothing will be done to my details, and if anything they will call me. And now 369 is debited every month. No approval , they did not even explain to me what it’s for.

Stay far away from MEMS PROPERTIES!!!! They will rob you of your deposit.
If you are reading this I sympathise with you if you have encountered this property agency MEMS LETTING! If you have not please avoid them like plagues! I moved out and they paid me R903 from R4450! They will charge you R450 for coming to inspect the house when you are moving out! Then charge you exorbitantly for any thing wrong with the house! I rates them 1 on google and they are threatening to sue me hahahaha! I have taken them to small court they must pay me back my R1500 as I said I will go to every social media platform and make them grand for all the negative things they have done. They are scared and sending threats email! They said the sent me a notice through email that they will take R1500 for late moving out which was not in the contract!!!! They said they sent me an email but I did not get any email! They are robbing from the poor!!!! If you see this please contact me as I will be going to small court! When they sue me I will need to go with those they have ****** because obviously I am not the only one.
