Horrible service I recieved from pick n pay Hypermarket greenston mall after I purchased an expired drinking yogurt Firstly the contact numbers are on the till slip and website are not correct or updated.i had to contact pick n pay clothing for them to give me the correct numbers furthermore they don't pick up the phones when you contact the store after several attempts I finally got through to report to them them that my son got sick from consuming the the pick n pay brand drinking yogurt that had expired on the 25 February,2026 which was still on the shelves when I purchased it on the 11 March 2026 still to date I have not received any proper feedback from pick n pay having submitted the requested documents
Hello I would like to lodge a complain about DMC and TFG sportscene in greenstone I went to the store in January 2017 to make an enquiry about my account , it was on the the 23 jan 2017 when i was at the store and i asked one of the consaltants if my account was handed over or was still with the store...the guy that helped me told me that my account was not handed over...i asked him what my balance was and he said it was R2087.51 i told him i would pay over 2 days as i had reached my daily limit The following day it being the 24 Jan 2017 i went to the store sportscene in greenstone to make payment of R1000 and said i would come back the following day to pay the balance....the following day i went it being the 25 Jan 2017 to swipe the the balance of R1087.51 A year later DMC gives me a call to say that i should make payments on my sportscene account i explained to the consaltant that called and the never got back to me ...a few months later i got a call again from DMC i again explained what happend and was advised to go to the store and i did When i got there the lady that helped me said to me the staff that was working that year was fired .....and i should call DMC I really not happy about the two stores giving me the run around as its appering on my credit report
