I took my computer to arbour crossing matrix because my system wasnt booting and was advised by comsultant that my gpu has packed up. On collection of my compter i found that my gpu was removed and ****** and frame destoyed of tower,when i asked where the tech guy was who handled my goods i was told he left the company. I will be seeking legal action if this isnt sorted out.

My name is Delano, and I have purchased, a golf 6 gti 2012 from your bidvest mc Carthy Durban branch in August 2019, sales agent Gavin was great and he did things that pleased us, untill I had driven over an object on my way to work, which resulted in minor bumper damages and 1 x flat tyre, during claim process it was discovered, that the reason for only one tyre blowing was because the tyre was at it's minumum thread use of 1.6mm of thread left on tyre which came with car when purchased. Which is a huge safety concern which was not even disclosed that I needed a new tyre soon or soon needed to repair. The reason for getting the second inspection done, was because when car went to panel beater through insurance, it was found that a few cosmetic items were broken or changed by panel beater and we wanted a more specific detailed check of things the naked eye can not see. When I needed to check the assessment which is done prior to purchase it was discovered that the original 80 point check had not been given from dealer, so I had asked sales agent to provide this document and I was told it should be in the black service bookcase in the car. My fiance and I looked frantically for something which was never going be there to begin with. Is there no check sheet list given to sales agents to be checked off as they handover any documents with vehicle? I received black and white copy of assesment via email from Gavin(the sales agaent). Where the document had x's marked on copy that was received via email. Where the document if zoomed into, is a clear indication that the document had been tampered with/altered to hide/ or simply was not disclosed of all true and factual information of defaults /faults through inspection found.The inspection certifcate was requested a few weeks ago,to this day it is still not received,it is said to be in the workshop? The second diagnostics was at a cost of R2000 with 80 point check, check was done as the results came back exactly as previous assessment?? Prior to purchase. I have a recorded converstaion with service consultant Khalil and sales consultant. Where it is said that the vehicle has misfire(which was caused by spark plugs that were after market, and was advised to purchase these sparkplugs at a cost of R160 then price changed to R180 each . What is the actual price of each spark plug? Then we were told we had to carry the cost. Then maybe they could get the manager to give us at cost price? But diagnostic says other wise. Why would say car is in good condition when there is a misfire already before purchase, why was this not sorted, and why was faults only cleared by diagnostics to come back when parts should be replaced/repaired/inspected All I know is as per CPA Rules which over sees suppliers policies, as per section 56(2), client who purchases item within a 6 month period has a right to return goods if goods are not given in manner in which intended as good. Why were advised to pay for sparkplugs when we only have vehicle for just over 2 months. And car has defects prior to purchase whuch clearly was not resolved. CPA section 55(2)b. Also supports this. I have a right to receive goods that are if good quality. In good working order and free of any defects. No check given... Means i was unaware of faults and defaults of item. Breaks are also squeeky, which was said its caused by rain or dust. Was told I should not to worry about certain items not working on vehicle . This is not ethical advise. Is this actual service?? And what advise is we don’t need the items that is suppose to come with car, we paying for the item it should all be good , otherwise we return the defected item. We are opening up a case at our local police station as we are good people and don’t deserve to be ripped off for things we are paying for . WE WANT THE RIGHTEOUS THING TO BE DONE HERE AND WANT OUR CAR FIXED AND REIMBURSED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHICH WE HAVE EXPERIENCED.
Keith's Panel Beaters , is the worst , they not only damaged parts or removed parts too, , They don't know how to panel beat , ever since the sons have taken over , I am totally disgusted in the service I received as this was a choice selected by BUDGET INSURANCE, My Golf 6 GTI came back worse than the actual incident ,My Vehicle looks like a Christmas tree, one side has a rough spray job which looks like it was the last resort as if they were running out of paint,and put any closet silver spray to the car, Even a 6yr old can see that one side of the skirt has a rough silver spray job which does not match the opposite side which is smooth , if car is lifted , you can see the spray job was rushed and there is over spray on car , especially on black parts of car ,RIMS were scratched (damaged more )when wheels were changed out, bumper slides was not even changed , to new ones, bumper alignment looks like a kinder Garden stuck it on with glue, side mirror was sc****d underneath,clips from under seat was removed ,there were 4 and now only has 2 , the gear boot cover broken from trimming & trimming cracked, door came back squeeky as if the door clips were changed out , gear hand shift console missing , windscreen rubbers removed and when put back , was not even aligned properly(probably changed out), over spray on right headlight, over spray on back left panel when opening door, white residue on parts under hood eg. engine , fuse box left open , as well as damaged and cracked boxes under hood(disgusted), over spray on back left mudflap, CRADDLE was replaced but was not replaced by OEM STANDARD as promised by insurance it's after market cheap standard, 2 x electric window panel buttons are broken (changed out).-silver trimmings.Totally disgusted at the workmanship , we paid EXccess and and insurance paid them as well , why the hell cant they do things right!!! THEY NEED TO STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ,who are doing the right things.KARMA IS VERY REAL AND SO IS GOD.
