Medical Aid
This is the worst medical aid ever, I have 2 claims that have not been paid since Oct 2021. They give you reference numbers that do not match your query and they can never give you straight answers. They request you to get ref numbers from the practice you are querying, my patience is running out I cannot wait to be rid of this medical aid.

Disgusting place
Only because you cannot give a star without typing your review otherwise I would not give this hospital a star. On Monday 21 March 2022 we took my mom to this hospital and the service was just utterly terrible. We know its a hospital where you don't have to pay for anything but come on man people can die just by your **** service you give to people. The staff thinks the sun shines up their ass, the dr that supposedly checked my mom told her they only attending to emergencies on the day so my mom at the time cant even speak the way she was in pain. I dont even want to talk about the lady at the front desk where you must open a file she has no respect at all. Please people do not go to this place its a horrible place. We ended up leaving and I took my mom to the chemist to get meds. Absolutely disgusted.

Pricelock
They don't even deserve any stars I am a pricelock customer and my acc is in a mess because every month my billing amount changes I am supposed to be paying 870 something but now I get an sms saying my next payment due is 1396 and when u call they can't assist u because u are pricelock customer all they can do is escalate ur problem to them how about pricelock gets a call center that is inbound and outbound so we can get hold of u guys this is **** really I am extremely ****ed off I can't be paying so much money for watching the same damn things over and over every day. U guys are running a terrible business I wud rather go back to watching Sabc then I knw what i must prepare myself for not this rubbish
