I've had such a terrible experience with MuchMax.co.za Online Shopping. Firstly, i bought from them 14/03/2020 and only received my parcel 12/08/2020 - in this time I had such difficulty getting answers from them about the status of the delivery of this parcel. THEN, FINALLY, what they had advertised as a pair of 'FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS' on their website, I received a slinky pair of cheapskate leggings - that no-one in their 'right mind' would wear in public - was received in the mail. I wish that I could attach the pictures, so that I could show the level of trickery that they sell. I paid an unholy amount of money for RUBBISH!! They don't respond to you and refunds are out of the question!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on their website - THEY ARE CROOKS and sell rubbish!!!

I bought shoes from Doll me Up Fashion 19/08/2019. They were delivered to me in a bag and both heels came to me damaged - probably during shipment - I’m not sure how. But when I opened the BAG that they were delivered to me in, both heels were damaged. I immediately sent photos and asked that the issue be resolved as soon as possible. 3 weeks later they collected the shoes and then didn’t have a black pair to exchange but wanted to exchange them for a tan pair, which I opted not to take, but asked for a refund rather. Glynis has been giving me the run around since early-September, as to when I will be refunded for a pair of shoes that I never got to own /wear, thanks to Doll Me Up sloppy delivery regulations and they just keep giving me the runaround now, if they even answer emails. Worst customer experience EVER, I don’t recommend them to anyone!!
