I would like to write a review about Victoria Baloyi who made so much effort to ensure that the details on my claim were correct. She was thorough and patient which is what customer service entails! Thank you so much for helping me since it was my first time where I needed to log a claim Miway you have a gem and should have her promoted to ensure that all your staff knows how to deal with your customers!!

Unprofessional Bad Business
This company is the worst Charlene was so inhumane and unprofessional including inconsiderate in her email. They prolong the process of having the account paid up and make you to be the problem. Charlene calls herself a manager but her email reads as something else. No acknowledgement for the fact that the account is being paid but the minute a month is missed due to their negligence they want to threaten you with a garnish order on your salary. Close down your company!!!!

I had the most amazing experience with my insurance mi way insurance!!!! my car broke down on my way to work,then i used my whatsapp to communicate with mi way and a guy Bjorn Laurens assisted me in no time the tow truck arrived and i was taken to work safely. MI Way you guys are the absolute best ever. First time i made use of my insurance and it went smoothly !! this is Chante advising people that with mi way you will never go wrong
