Rating service prompt with no service given
An authorized transaction went off my account. I keep calling discovery bank, the line randomly goes quiet then it asks me to rate a service I didn't get. Not only am I stressed but I am also disappointed.

I feel ****ed
On the 24th of August I made payment after processing my application. They booked an installation regardless of me sending proof of residence at the wrong address. it's been a hustle getting the address corrected. 3 weeks later I am still not connected. sent proof of residence several times. the call center agent would randomly out me hold while I am talking and hung up. even the team leader Thabiso was cut the call and ever called back with a resolution. I was told this morning by the consul who started the process that a refund has been processed but I haven't received a notification about this nor the actual refund.
