Worst online shopping service and customer service. Bought a compactum online on 12 March with a guaranteed delivery of 5 business days at the most. Received 1 phone call which I was unable to answer due to being at work. On the Saturday I logged into my profile and my order said delayed, nothing else. I sent them an email and they let me know that there was no stock but they will be receiving stock the following week. During the week I followed up and was promised to receive my delivery details and order tracking number the Friday. Nothing happened. I had to contact them again, they do not follow up. Found out, there was stock all along however, the stock was at the Canal walk branch and my delivery was to be shipped from the Tyger valley branch. The Canal walk branch apparently only started getting my order ready after I threatened to send my own courier. Finally received my order 14 days after placing it and it was damaged. Contacted customer service, and exchanged emails with a rude customer service agent. Gaslighting at its finest, never apologized, made me feel like its my own fault and I am imagining things as they followed "procedure" (I contacted them for updates, only received 1 call which I could not answer) Horrid experience as a fist time mom
