I have been communicating with Buffalo for almost a month regarding a TEMU parcel that was not delivered. Their driver claimed that it was an incomplete addres altought Buffalo verified that they have delivered parcels to me at this address previously and that their driver made an error. I have been calling and speaking to various operators since 18 May who keeps assuring me that the parcel is at the warehouse waiting to be readdressed, The status on TEMU says out for delivery and NOW the status on BUFFALO says: The order was discarded at 2024-05-22 15:57:26. It was discarded due to {Vat & Duty not paid/extra delivery fee not paid/Incorrect delivery details supp****}. Duty was paid at the beginning of May. I have called and been listening the their awful music for up to 20 min at ta time just to be transferred to their "please rate our services" message. I am beyond disappointed in their service level and lack of communication
Placed an order with Paul and when I received the invoice it did not look professional at all. Read the reviews on here and told him that I am not comfortable with doing an eft but would like to collect order and pay cash. He declined and said they are an online store and only do deliveries. I am not comfortable with htat after readung the reviews on here. Please jus be vigilant and don not part with your money if you are not sure about the company
