Pathetic company and scammers!! AVOID AVOID!!!!
DO NOT EVER order anything from this company!! The photo's they use for marketing their products are not AT ALL what you get. I ordered personalised car mats. You pay everything up front. They took 2 months to design. When I eventually picked up the mats I received only one! NOT even close to the marketing or design drafts they sent. It was made of the cheapest plastic which would be highly dangerous to use in your vehicle. The one mat was much smaller than the spec (about the size of a tray cloth). Colours were not even closely matched (ordered black got green). They promised to rectify. Its been 5 months with no response to emails (emails now bounce back) yet they still advertise using this mail. Their contact numbers are no longer functioning. Not even the Google Maps one! Needles to say I still don't have the mats or my R900 back!!!

a Great Stay!
A really pleasant and comfortable stay. Suites were exactly as per marketing sites with ocean views. Suites were big and well equipped and decorated. Definitely pet friendly. Great client service. Management even went out there way to ensure our 2 small yorkies were safe by putting up a little fence around our suite perimeter. Definitely recommended!

BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ON-LINE ORDERING NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
I ordered an paid for an industrial ceiling fan via the Digital on-line service on 9 Oct 2019 with the confirmation of delivery within 6 days. 3 Weeks later (calling the call centre everyday) "The independent supplier is still out of stock" is the daily comment. And the frighting thing is that the call center operators dont even have the contact details for the Digital On-Line center - only an email address! This is a very bad reflection on Builders Warehouse directly. Why advertise something when you havent vetted with the supplier that they do indeed have stock and the ability to deliver! Despite the current heatwave in Gauteng for which the fan was orderd, the matter is yet to be resolved!
