After struggling to cancel my insurance at the end of April I had to extend my insurance for another month so that it can be cancelled on the 31st of May. Woke up to a notification that I was debited from Old Mutual Insure yet again even after I have received a confirmation letter that the insurance will be cancelled on the 31st of May. Absolutely pathetic! Thank you for *****ing my money when your services has been cancelled for a month now.
The team at Old Mutual Insure find it very difficult to cancel policies and even respond to mails. They transfer you from department to department without muting the call and you can hear them scrambling in the background to find the correct department, which in the end they don’t succeed and end the call. They don’t respond to emails, they put the phone on you, the list goes on. Never trust this business to do what is asked of them, they sign you up, take your money but refuse assistance when you need to cancel.

Pathetic customer service. No email responses, support agents leave the chat without confirming any details of a replacement or repair, can’t reach them via phone call. Stay away from Vox. They are quick to make a sale but refuse to assist you once they sell you a defective product. Contact me immediately and rectify YOUR errors.
Pathetic customer service. Not even sure why I decided to use Vox when there is literally only bad reviews. No communication on email, support chat redirects you to unwilling and unhelpful staff who just leave the chat. Shane Pretorius must be the most unhelpful person I have ever dealt with. They sell you faulty products, which they can sort out for you really fast during onboarding phase, but once it reaches the after sales support they hide in the shadows. Do yourself a favour and give this business a skip. There are many other service providers that actually want your business and would like to keep it. I will keep calling, emailing, using support chat until this is resolved.
“Be careful what you say” and threats are the response you will receive if you explain you are not interested in their “services” and that google results for Globtrex show that the company is scamming people.
