No response to calls and whattsapp

I made an order for Glow Glaze on 30 Spetember 2024 and made a payment and I received a order confirmation. I have been trying to contact them on whattsapp and landline since Monday to find out about the progress of the order but no one answers any of the communication channels meanwhile the remains unfilfilled on their website. I am starting to think that they are a **** company.
