Terrible Customer Service!!!
Terrible customer service!! I placed an online order on 4 July and there has been no feedback as to when delivery will be made! I tried several times to call, email and whatsapp, but still no response! I am not impressed at all!

Be prepared to pay your money for nothing
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order which was confirmed up until now I recieved zero communication from their non existent customer service. They falsely advertise fast delivery times on their website and social media only to **** people. A business with zero integrity . I will be reporting them to my bank had payment was taken and no goods was delivered

No response to calls and whattsapp
I made an order for Glow Glaze on 30 Spetember 2024 and made a payment and I received a order confirmation. I have been trying to contact them on whattsapp and landline since Monday to find out about the progress of the order but no one answers any of the communication channels meanwhile the remains unfilfilled on their website. I am starting to think that they are a **** company.

SO impressed!
I hadn't heard of KOLORZ before and I was tempted to order off Retail Box but they didn't have what I was looking for so I took a chance and I couldn't be more impressed. We live in a rural area and my order took 3 days to arrive from JHB which is a new record! SO impressed. Will be recommending to everyone!

So Impressive. Kolorz Salon Boksburg
After using Biosense on my hair at a Salon I just had to get more. I was sceptical to buy online so went into Kolorz Salon in Boksburg WOW what an impressive Salon and beauty products. It is amazing one can really spend a few pennies there. The lady that helped me with my Biosense 3 in one Special was Super Friendly. Now I can at least buy online from them. Anyone looking for decent products and perfumes pop in you won't be sorry.
