I started a goalsave on my Tyme Bank Account, something new they were offering, wanting to save for a car. My initial deposit on the 3rd of March was R45 000 the rules being it has to stay for 3 months , you have to do 10 transactions on your daily account per month. You cannot draw from your goalsave, and when the 3 months are up you have to give 10 days notice, I followed all these instructions to the T. I added to my goalsave as that is what one does when saving, till it reached R65 000. I got a message from Tyme Bank telling me I was eligible for the 10% interest on the 3rd of June. I then gave the 10 days notice as required. They put funds back into my savings account without any 10% interest. They gave me R699. As a bonus they called it. When I queried it they said it's because I added more into the goalsave. We'll then I should have got 10% of the initial R45 000???? NOTHING. AND THEY CANNOT EVEN EXPLAIN. THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT. DON'T TRUST TYME BANK AND DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY ADVERTISE. THEY DON'T HAVE BRANCHES, WHEN I PHONED THE NUMBER PROVIDED FOR ASSISTANCE THE LADY ANSWERED, BUT WITH SCREAMING BABIES AND CHILDREN IN THE BACKGROUND THAT WE COULD NOT EVEN TALK. I AM VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED, THE OWNERS TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL, THEY ALL JUST HIDE AWAY.
On the 6th of January I purchased 2 items of Essence Eye Shadow from Clicks Online Shopping. I was told it would take 2/3 Days to get to Clicks Hibiscus Mall where I could collect. I went to Hibiscus Mall they knew nothing about it, I used the Clicks live chat site they refuse to acknowledge or answer, I sent two emails to Clicks Customer Service with order number, they to haven't had the decency to acknowledge or respond to my emails. I have never known such useless customer service in my life. They have no interest whatsoever in anything they do. I still sit and wait for products that were ordered and paid for. (#250107-0010104)
I have been a very regular user of Bolt from Cape Town Boksburg and Benoni. As I don't have transport. When you book a ride it gives you an option of how to pay, of which cash comes up as their first option, today I arrived from the UK booked a ride from the airport to a B&B in Jatniel Benoni, the ride cost R70, I gave the driver R100 for helping with my luggage. I was then charged on my bank account as well....which I believe is THEFT. You cannot deduct monies out of an account without owners permission. They don't believe me, they are making all kinds of excuses telling me it may take 14 days to deposit money back that they stole out my account. I have heard from a few people this is a regular event from Bolt. Taking a double payment.
Do not use this service if you are in a hurry to receive your money. Service is shocking and unreliable. Still waiting for funds on a transaction I did on Saturday morning they promise 24 hours.
I placed an order on the 6th December. 2.6 kg's in weight. Duties R461 to Buffalo. Still waiting everyday they have a different excuse. I will be contacting the INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER COUNCIL. They told me it's at the airport in S.A. Since the 12th Dec. It's all lies and false advertising

Hi. I placed an order with Shein yesterday but have to cancel due to certain expenses I wasn't expecting. Payment has not gone off yet, order has not been shipped yet and their policy states I may therefore cancel. But they are not acknowledging my email to say they have canceled. With my ongoing recent dispute with Tyme Bank since 6th Dec. They did eventually phone me it rang once, I called them back immediately went through to disputes department the chap was friendly but said I have to go through to ***** department got through to ***** department after 7 minute's he said sorry I can't help you you have to ho to the dispute department???????? PLEASE CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN HOW TUME BANK ACTUALLY OPERATES. The emails I have sent them with references number of the funds being paid back to them from S****line Supplements is still not back in my account. S****line Supplements is the company that deducted $159 out my Tyme Bank Acc. After a lot of threats I received an email from them telling me they have refunded the full amount of $159 R3101.97 into my Tume Bank Acc. They sent me the following rmail. Issue Number. 1-2804490. The Issue I had with Tyme Bank is still ongoing. The company S****line Global Supplements Returned and deposited the $159 they took out my account. Their email is at the end of this message. It is TYME BANK that refuses to deposit my money R3101.97 back into my account they continously send messages telling me to share the details about my issue which has been done continously since the 6th Dec.
