S****line Supplements Order : # SURMDE8L
Please do not ever buy any product from S****line Supplements. In February I bought a product and paid. During the evening S****line Supplements then took an additional amount of almost R 2 000 from my account with no explanation. Total spent was over R 5 500. We were promised a tracking number within 48 hours. Long story short , they had o e excuse of the other as to why my order was taking so long to be shipped . Also saying that once it is shipped I would receive a tracking number. I voiced my concerns but was assured by them that I would receive my product. Now more than 2 months have passed - still nothing. Where in the past I was able to connect to the live chat with a consultant, now when I try and I write my problem they just kick me right out of live chat. So now I am not even able to get an answer or update - absolutely nothing. Had I gone onto hellopeter soo er , I would have read the many other unhappy customers that made a purchase with S****line Supplements . Please so. ot even co sider buying any product from S****line Supplements.

On 24 August 2024 we ordered Hemp gummies and paid for it R2960.00, ever since when you contact or query them, they keep on having excuses and say that they will do a re-ship. It has been said 8x now. When you try to track the parcel with a tracking number it doesnt exist. Please can you help in this matter. Thank you

Placed a order for supplements Order No SUR6ECX on the 11/07/2024..The order never arrived.Contacted them about this was told that it must have been lost in shipping.Supp**** me with another order No SURBZL5Q this order never arrived. Contacted th em again, I have not had any feedback.They have BLOCKED ME from there call line.I believe THAT THIS COMPANY ARE ****MERS and should be avoided.

NON DELIVERY
ORDER ID # SURPZGUR - HempSmart I placed and paid for my order on 5th July 2024 - To date I have received ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!! In spite of promises of a free reshipment I have still not received anything. This product cost me an inordinate amount of money $199.75 =ZAR 3,766.98 as I am an Old Age Pensioner so it cost me my savings. I willingly took the chance as this product promised me back my mobility and improved health. This is the ONLY Supplier that has been unable to deliver to my address in the past 14 years of living here.
