Please do not ever buy any product from S****line Supplements. In February I bought a product and paid. During the evening S****line Supplements then took an additional amount of almost R 2 000 from my account with no explanation. Total spent was over R 5 500. We were promised a tracking number within 48 hours. Long story short , they had o e excuse of the other as to why my order was taking so long to be shipped . Also saying that once it is shipped I would receive a tracking number. I voiced my concerns but was assured by them that I would receive my product. Now more than 2 months have passed - still nothing. Where in the past I was able to connect to the live chat with a consultant, now when I try and I write my problem they just kick me right out of live chat. So now I am not even able to get an answer or update - absolutely nothing. Had I gone onto hellopeter soo er , I would have read the many other unhappy customers that made a purchase with S****line Supplements . Please so. ot even co sider buying any product from S****line Supplements.
I must say that it not the first time I have ordered products from Cielo. Service is outstanding. After sales great. Communication is at all times outstanding. Never , not once I have I had a problem on getting feedback at any given time. And their quality is magnificent. I am definitely buying more from them in the near future Another very happy customer Marietjie Fourie
