Badly run operations with no communication
Whilst the drivers and packers were great - very professional and lovely to deal with, the admin and operations left much to be desired. Somehow they were double booked on the day that we needed to move. Instead of making appropriate plans, they made us wait most of the day for the moving truck - shifting the ETA multiple times. They were not communicative at all, requiring us to make multiple phone calls and text to find out the status. All in all, a terrible experience! Moving is stressful and tiring enough without unreliable service. Do not recommend!

Do not buy from Africa Buy Online - Zero Communication/Clarity on your order
I ordered some clothes from Africa Buy Online on the 24th of September and have as of today (5 November) received nothing. After countless emails and trying to find out what the progress of my order is - I still have zero clarity a month and a half later! They are not communicative at all, the last thing I received from them was a confirmation email and then squat! I'm even struggling to get a refund from them. Do not buy anything from them - it is a frustrating process that is unlikely to yield results.
