I had been attendee of the school since June 2022. After missing one lesson which I had accounted for, I received an email suspending my classes pending payment for their monthly subscription. No one called to explain or try to reconcile how I would pay for classes that haven't attended or could not attend being suspended. What followed was being handed over to a debt collector who were totally ******** of the context of the situation or how to solve it when I called them. The school of rock account department when emailed did not even bother to sign off with their name. No-one bothered to call to try to reconcile or remedy the matter. Tread cautiously with this company. Their business practice even for long term clients will leave you disappointed and embarrassed.
I have been a client for about a year. Everything was fine/good until I tried to upgrade my line... i.e until I tried to use their support services 14 days later and i'm still struggling to get it resolved. The problem with cool ideas is their support service: 1. there have been operators who have been rude 2. they issue really pleasant emails that sends you in circles 3. they don't follow up or escalate appropiately.. and when there do.. its another.. wait for it.. email 4. they don't have the option of sending out a consultant to assist. I wouldn't recommend them. Once I (hopefully) finish resolving my issue with them, I am going to swop to somebody else. I think they have been riding on their previous good reputation for too long.
