I'm having problems with cartrack every week or so It works for couple days and then days go by and it shows my vehicle in a different position from where it suppose to be.. This happens so often. Then I must waste my phone calls trying to call them and it's the same thing all the time "our technicians are working on it" Why have an app if it's faulty all the time???? Yourl spend more money on advertising for our security use that money to do something about yourls app. Give us service even when yourl take our money don't promise us stuff just to get us to sign up
Hi Good day I am a regular customer at your nandos store in Florida road Durban. All I want to say we as residents that support your store don't appreciate the attitude that we receive from your staff members esp the manager that was on duty. There's no friendly service between the staff and the customers it looks like your staff and managers no nothing about what they selling or even help us it's like we commiting a crime if we ask them a question. Please sort your store out
Telkom! A useless company. Third Time this year they want to cut my home line. Apparently I did not pay. But I have a receipts to say that I paid and everything is upto date, then we must sit hours and hours holding on for one of the useless agents to take our call and to sort out the problem. I mean we have to do they work.,like we sit and play hole day. They very quick to take our money and also take money that has already been paid. But when it comes to service and helping customers they are pathetic and useless.
