Very poor service and admin
We had a meeting with one of the staff at the company, signed all documentation and sent it back the same day. A week later when asking for an update, I was told that they had lost my documents, no problem resent them. When asking for updates, my messages get read and no replies, I have to then send a follow up message. When I phone, empty promises and they are conveniently never in the office. They promise that when they stop and take their laptops out that they will send an update... guess what? No update. If you want a quick and efficient team, this is definitely not the place to go

Disgusting service
One star is way too many for the service i received. People are very pushy to pay and then ignore you when the team for the installation doesn't pitch for 3 hours. But do not worry because no one in this world works and can also take off as they please right? Wrong, the service was horrific and i would NEVER recommended PPI to anyone.

Terrible
New market - your staff is unfriendly and often dont care. The gym is dirty with no one cleaning the equipment after they have used it. I have cancelled my gym contract and after i asked if there was any cancellations fees or anything and i was told there wasnt anything and now all of the sudden they want money.
