Logged a compliant as I cancelled my contract months ago and im still being billed. An agent was talking to me and now I've just been ignored after requesting to speak with a manager.
I cancelled my Vodacom contract months ago, for the past 2 months I've been debited for Vodacom insurance. I asked for ALL services to be cancelled!!!!!!! Call through to the call center and all you do is wait! This is absolutely ridiculous. I am sick of Vodacom! Cancel my services and refund my money!! I want nothing to do with Vodacom!

I called in on the 18th of December 2021, to cancel my Vodacom contract, the person I spoke to advised it has been cancelled, and the bill I will be paying on the 1st of January 2022 will be my last payment to Vodacom. On the 23rd of December 2021 I went into the vodacom store and they told me they have no record of my cancellation at all! They then advised me to call through to the cancellations department again. I spoke to someone who said they have no record of the cancellation as well and then proceeded to process it for me effective the 31st of January 2022. I asked the person I spoke to whether the payment I will make on the 1st of January 2022 will be my last payment to Vodacom and they reassured me it is. On the 12th of January 2022, I received an invoice and statement from you guys advising that you will be debiting my account on the 1st of February 2022. On the same day I called Vodacom cancellations again asking why I am being billed when I was reassured that the 1st of January would be my last payment. The lady I spoke to said they'll look into it, call me back and a manager will call me back. IT IS NOW THE 28TH OF JANUARY AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK!
