My experience with Coinbase has been nothing short of a nightmare. After signing up, I've been stuck in KYC verification limbo for over 120 days with zero progress and absolutely no proper communication or support from the company. Despite numerous attempts to reach their support team through email, Twitter, and other channels, I've been met with a wall of silence or unhelpful automated responses. It's clear that Coinbase has no regard for its customers' time or well-being. The lack of transparency, the abysmal customer service, and the complete disregard for my situation have left me feeling frustrated, helpless, and deeply disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering Coinbase to steer clear and explore other cryptocurrency exchanges that actually value their customers and provide responsive support. Coinbase is simply not worth the headache and the risk of losing access to your funds due to their *********** and uncaring approach.

In contrast to my previous unfortunate experience with a so-called "high-end" furniture store that left me waiting for a month without delivering and eventually admitting to having no stock, Mattress Warehouse's efficiency was a breath of fresh air. Notably, while still awaiting a refund from the other company, I had my new bed base from Mattress Warehouse delivered and set up! If you value your time, sanity, and want a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend choosing Mattress Warehouse. Tokyo and the team at Mattress Warehouse are a shining example of exceptional service in the furniture industry.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Weylandts, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. I purchased a bed base from Weylandts online, expecting a smooth and timely delivery process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After waiting for over a month without any communication regarding my order, I decided to reach out to Weylandts for an update. To my shock, I was informed that the bed base I had purchased and paid for was no longer in stock. To me, it seems they had sold my purchased item which was in stock at the time of my purchase. The lack of proactive communication from Weylandts was disheartening. They held onto my money for a month without informing me of the stock issue. Only after my inquiry did they let me know they had no stock, offering no alternatives or an estimated time for new stock availability. Compounding the frustration, I had already disposed of my previous bed base on the day of my purchase from Weylandts, leaving me without a proper sleeping arrangement for over a month. This lack of concern for their customers is unacceptable. What further exacerbated my disappointment was their response to my request for a refund. Instead of promptly processing a return, Weylandts requested three months' worth of bank statements?! After giving proof of bank account, the return of the funds took an additional 5 days with no effort to get the funds back to me in a more timely manner. In stark contrast, while I waited for my funds to be returned by Weylandts, I ordered a bed base from another supplier at half the price. Remarkably, the new bed was delivered and installed within 24 hours of my purchase, showcasing a level of efficiency and customer service that Weylandts sorely lacks. My advice to potential customers: steer clear of Weylandts. Save yourself the money, frustration, and potential health issues by choosing a more reliable and customer-centric supplier for your furniture needs.
In April I moved both my car, household and valuables over to naked insurance. Onboarding was quick and their premiums were by far the cheapest. Just two months later(in June) I had to put in my first ever insurance claim with anyone after I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen. Claiming was easy and extremely efficient and my phone was repaired on a Monday morning. That Thursday I dropped the exact same newly repaired phone into the bath and had to once again put in a claim. Naked didn't hesitate. I put in the claim on a Friday at 4 PM, by 4:30 PM the claim was approved for assessment, by 5 PM a repair assessment team had scheduled an assessment time for 9:30 the following morning(Saturday) and the phone was assessed and Naked paid out less than a week later. These guys are incredible! I don't doubt my premiums are going to increase(A lesson learned for 2 mistakes made just 3-4 months with a new insurer) but they don't mess around. The engine is built well and the support is incredible. If you worried about moving to naked, You shouldn't be! In fact, you should actually be worried if you don't. Thank you, Naked team, for the great service I received.
It is not often you leave a repair shop being extremely impressed. Eljoney was an incredible company to deal with, from the first interaction with the Security Guard to the last interaction with the workshop, every single staff member was friendly and accommodating. Alex and the team went out of his way to get a repair price down so much so that it was worth me paying a little more above my excess to go straight through them and cancel the claim with my insurer! This helped me keep my no claim record in place. Once the car was booked in the team did what they needed to and more by even fixing a dent that wasn’t on the original quote free of charge (It was on the same panel but was a nice gesture of showing that they happy to go the extra mile). What was also impressive to me is the turn around time. I booked my car in and was told it would take 5 working days but I had it in three just before the weekend closed. I want to thank the Eljoney team for the effort they put into my vehicle and helping me out; as I mentioned, its not often you leave a body repair shop happy but I really did when leaving Eljoney. I have booked in cars before that have taken months with other body shops in centurion, I was expecting the worst but these guys have proven that there is still quality and good service in the car repair industry. Thank you so much for your extremely good service. If I ever need a body repair done, I will not think twice about going anywhere else but back to Eljoney.
