I handed a watch in for repair in 2017 , I lost the slip but tried twice with my surname to get the watch with no success. Two weeks ago I tried again and a wonderful lady helped me and got my watch at the back and I paid for the repair. She notified me the watch was not ticking and needed a battery. I returned half an hour later when the manager/repairman came in and told the lady in an terrible manner" I told you it doesn't work" and walked past me to the back. The poor lady didn't know what to say , so I told her I will take it up with the owner. I waited over a week for a reply and got told watches cease to function and need to be serviced and I can get a discounted rate , there was no apology at all , I am still waiting no for a reply a week later again on what the "service " will cost. This type of service doesn't belong in a mall like Tygervalley Centre. The service received in the store and from the owners is extremely poor , this isn't about paying for broken watch and still getting told it will take 8 weeks , this is about the totally disrespect towards customers and their jobs being an effort for them. This could of been handled better if someone had faced me and explained/discussed the matter.
