I subscribed to car magazine on the 8th of October, paid them sent them a proof of payment, since then I have battled to get proper communication with them, I was supposed to be connected digitally plus get a copy of the magazine delivered to me, to date neither has happened. I have requested a refund, this has also not happened, pathetic service!
I have a continuous problem when I need parts for a Peugeot vehicle, I operate a motor repair shop, at the present moment I ordered two boot gas lifts through Peugeot fourways for a Peugeot 206, this was ordered on the 23/09/2019 after pestering them for an answer I was told by Zanelle it would arrive on the 05/10/2019, now that the date has arrived the expected date has been moved to 20/11/2019. I have to continuously phone Zanele, never do they phone me, i would like to see our government take up this atrocious service with Peugeot France and get them to sort this pathetic service out or leave the country, these people don't understand people buy cars to use as their transport and cannot accept that when parts are needed their car is off the road for months.
