Dit is ñ konstante gesukkel by Habari Media om uit te vind hoekom my Car Magazine al weer nie afgelewer is nie. Gelukkig word my eposse geantwoord, maar dit los nie die probleem op nie. My subskripsie sal nie herniue word oor my oorblywende 16 maande nie en ek gaan die tydskrif ook nie koop in die winkel nie.

I Subscribed to CarMag as a present/gift to someone, 4 Months later,emails and calls and still haven't received a copy. Wound not recommend, otherwise don't be surprised if you would also be left red faced, because the present/gift haven't been given.

I have been subscribed for more than 10 years. The last 3 years delivery service have failed dismissaly. I get that post office went backwards but after they confirmed I can get hand delivery I am still not getting my magazine. Total waste of money at the moment and as far as I am concerned you are most welcome to fail like any other business that forgot to look after the customer. I have reported this issue to them and "we will get back to you soonest". You know what? Stuff it. I am done

I have been subscribed for more than 10 years. The last 3 years delivery service have failed dismissaly. I have been a subscriber to CAR magazine since the early eighties. In the last 18 months, their delivery service is shocking! As much as I appreciate postal delivery issues are the major cause, we, after many many emails, arranged a door to door delivery service. This worked well for 6 months and then stopped. Again, after numerous emails, nothing gets answered. When you phone, it gets answered and the person on the other side hangs up!. The only reason I continue is that CAR is such a good magazine. It is a pity that the delivery (and admin staff) can't keep the same standards. Not sure now who the right contact people are. It is no longer Magsathome and I believe it to be Highbury Media or Ramsay Media. Why encourage people to subscribe and pay up front when they can't keep there side or any deal. It is very frustrating!

I have been subscribed to Car magazine from 1990. I see they are ignoring all the reports on Hellopeter. That fits in perfectly with how they operate. Only communication from them is an automated email once a month asking "did you receive the magazine?" That is it then for a month. Does not matter what you answer or even did you receive the magazine or not. No reply or trying to fix any problem. After more than 30 years (and I still have all those magazines) I am now starting to have missing issues out of my collection. Hope someone wakes up soon, because if it does not change for the better, I will not renew my subscription when it runs out.

HI Car Magazine, Please note - this is an indirect review on you , due to the horrible printed & digital subscription service you advertise via Highbury Media I have paid for and registered for the Car Magazine 12 monthly deal with Highbury Media in December 2021 - the purchase shows on my account but neither have I gotten the digital version or printed version delivered to me. I have mailed them twice, with no response on the support@hsm.co.za mailbox. I have now also mailed their info@hsm.co.za mailbox to see if I get an response there. Previously I had a subscription, and I also had to beg to have the magazine delivered to me and they forgot from time to time. This hurts a magazine like CAR Magazine immensely, especially coming from a huge fan of the magazine and petrolhead. This is not good for the print business, I do not believe the journalists at CAR Magazine deserve this sub par service . Do better.

I took a subscription for Car magazine January 2021. It took until March for the distributor to deliver (delivery to the wrong address initially). Ramsay Media then took the distribution system in house. I haven't seen a magazine since. Thats August 2021. Despite several telephone calls and emails. I'm told that back issues not available so the November issue was posted!! The contact at Ramsay tells me my subscription has been extended to cover the missing issues period. However I'd assume this now means an indefinite extension since I haven't received anything - nor a response to email recently.

I subscribed to car magazine on the 8th of October, paid them sent them a proof of payment, since then I have battled to get proper communication with them, I was supposed to be connected digitally plus get a copy of the magazine delivered to me, to date neither has happened. I have requested a refund, this has also not happened, pathetic service!
