I have been subscribed to Car magazine from 1990. I see they are ignoring all the reports on Hellopeter. That fits in perfectly with how they operate. Only communication from them is an automated email once a month asking "did you receive the magazine?" That is it then for a month. Does not matter what you answer or even did you receive the magazine or not. No reply or trying to fix any problem. After more than 30 years (and I still have all those magazines) I am now starting to have missing issues out of my collection. Hope someone wakes up soon, because if it does not change for the better, I will not renew my subscription when it runs out.
Got the first of many SMS marketing from MWEB saying that fiber internet is now available in my area on 18 Octeber 2017. So tried to upgrade/switch to fiber on their website that was not working and the website said to contact them. So I did. After a 20 minute wait. They tell me that fiber is not available in my area. And when it does become available I will have to pay for the installation (today is for free) I asked for feedback and all I got was another SMS saying fiber is in my area. Not sure I want to deal with a company anymore that does not have any idea or communication between. Sales, Marketing and Technical.
I have a Tracker installed to my car. At time of installation was told that system check if all is working every now and then and they will let me know. Got SMS 06/02/2014 that system is working. And not again. So phoned them and asked what is happening. This was 2 weeks ago. They said they will test and let me know. Got an email on Monday saying something is wrong they need to send a technician. Replied with detail when to contact me. Nothing happened till this (Friday). So phoned again. After 20 min call where they tell me it is my responsibility to make sure they test the unit. Not exactly the main problem. They are more than happy to take my subscription money but it has now taken 2 weeks and still no joy. If my car was stolen will it take them more than 2 weeks to find it? Was promised by the manager/supervisor at call centre that it will be sorted. Still waiting for feedback. At the moment I am thinking they are useless and if a car has to to be tracked it will not happen. I am livid.
