Declined service

I have been subscribed for more than 10 years. The last 3 years delivery service have failed dismissaly. I get that post office went backwards but after they confirmed I can get hand delivery I am still not getting my magazine. Total waste of money at the moment and as far as I am concerned you are most welcome to fail like any other business that forgot to look after the customer.

I have reported this issue to them and "we will get back to you soonest". You know what? Stuff it. I am done
