HI Car Magazine, Please note - this is an indirect review on you , due to the horrible printed & digital subscription service you advertise via Highbury Media I have paid for and registered for the Car Magazine 12 monthly deal with Highbury Media in December 2021 - the purchase shows on my account but neither have I gotten the digital version or printed version delivered to me. I have mailed them twice, with no response on the support@hsm.co.za mailbox. I have now also mailed their info@hsm.co.za mailbox to see if I get an response there. Previously I had a subscription, and I also had to beg to have the magazine delivered to me and they forgot from time to time. This hurts a magazine like CAR Magazine immensely, especially coming from a huge fan of the magazine and petrolhead. This is not good for the print business, I do not believe the journalists at CAR Magazine deserve this sub par service . Do better.

What a delight working with GetWorth and especially Nomphelo Ngqondela and Donovan Parker - GetWorth gave the best offer on my car from all of the businesses in SA, I tried various - their direct competition, who didn't even pitch up for inspection and neither did they try to even offer a relevant price. GetWorth is really in a class of their own, they give you what your vehicle is really worth, explain what is required and even assist you in getting the required documentation. The time when they come for an inspection, the inspector (In my case Donovan Parker) is on time, even a few minutes earlier - inspection docs in hand and all necessary documentation to sign - good presentation and explanation of the process, shows you whatever costs or repairs are required (I was lucky and GetWorth was not finicky because my car is in a good condition) and then they do the inspection for 20 minutes. After that, they review the offer with you and confirm you are happy with the new offer (if it changed at all or not) and then they do the payment right there and then. It is a effortless, pleasurable service and I will always recommend them to anyone looking to BUY or SELL their vehicles. I wish everyone in SA had the customer service and delivered on their service and product like GetWorth does, even through the bitter sweet moments of letting go of your prized possesion (vehicle) - they make you feel comfortable and at ease that everything will be alright. Well done GetWorth, well done Nomphelo and well done Donovan ! It was my pleasure doing business with you! To next time, you have a return customer and I will vouch and refer to you everytime :)
