I have received 6 of 18 mags YTD (Woman & Home and Garden & Home) paid for 1 year subscription in December 2021. Despite promises that this will be resolved (countless emails later still no delivery) But get repeated calls mails to renew subscription

I had a gift subscription for my father for car and getaway magazine from HSM, my Father passed away a year ago and these subscriptions have since expired. I am continuously being harassed by about three different sales people via email up to two times a day to renew these subscriptions, even after telling them that I am not going to renew it. They even go as far to send emails to Gerhard (my late father) telling him to express interest in his expired subscriptions which I find really disrespectful. I have sent a complaint to info@hsm.co.za and a sales coordinator apologized and said he would sort it out, only to receive TWO emails from a sales person two days later. How do I stop this painful harassment?? JJ

I had a gift subscription for my father for car and getaway magazine from HSM, my Father passed away a year ago and these subscriptions have since expired. It's been two months in a row where I can not received my W&H magazine subscription. In February I only received the monthly issue at the end of the month after numerous followup calls and emails. No one provides feedback even when they promise to do so. I'm still waiting for the March issue after numerous emails. They just don't care. I will never take out a subscription with Highbury Media again because they just don't care about their customers.

I have paid for and registered for the Car Magazine 12 monthly deal with Highbury Media in December 2021 - the purchase shows on my account but neither have I gotten the digital version or printed version delivered to me. I have mailed them twice, with no response on the support@hsm.co.za mailbox. I have now also mailed their info@hsm.co.za mailbox to see if I get an response there. Previously I had a subscription, and I also had to beg to have the magazine delivered to me and they forgot from time to time. This hurts a magazine like CAR Magazine immensely, especially coming from a huge fan of the magazine and petrolhead. This is not good for the print business, I do not believe the journalists at CAR Magazine deserve this sub par service . Do better.

I subscribed to Car Magazine (close on 10 years running) on 19 April 2021 after my subscription lapsed. I got no confirmation and decided to query. After a few non-helping answers, I made contact with Arena Holdings direct (Wilma) who promptly informed me this is not how they do business and will have the matter resolved. My last correspondence with them was 17 June 2021 and still no further confirmation or magazine received. So 2 months after paying for a Car subscription nothing has happened except my bank balance getting less. The service is pathetic to say the least, prior years it was easy to renew my subscription. Now I will probably just cancel it. For Car magazine editor, I suggest you get someone else to handle your subscriptions or face the path so many other magazines has followed - if you don't get subscribers (made impossible by the people handling subscriptions) then who will pay the bills?

I paid for a year subscription to My Kitchen magazine of TFG through Highbury media in December. I have not received any magazines and have been in contact with TFG as it is their magazine, to no avail. I am struggling to receive my money back.
