Absolutely atrocious service. I received a sales call and ordered the decoder a week ago. This morning I received SMSes indicating that it was delivered but nothing was delivered. When I called the call centre and spoke to Shae Clothier she was very rude and said the delivery was returned to the warehouse and when I asked when will I receive it she dropped the call. I called back and spoke to Benita and she confirmed that the delivery was returned and that once I receive a cancellation SMS I need to reorder the device. What type of service is this?
It's been two months in a row where I can not received my W&H magazine subscription. In February I only received the monthly issue at the end of the month after numerous followup calls and emails. No one provides feedback even when they promise to do so. I'm still waiting for the March issue after numerous emails. They just don't care. I will never take out a subscription with Highbury Media again because they just don't care about their customers.
