very poor backup service on AM5. Hubble Cape Town have had my battery almost 2 weeks after paying inspection fee on Friday was told battery would be ready for collection then told to wait until Monday now its Monday and still not ready! Working from home we need backup power, and I bought a Hubble being told what good product and great backup service - NOT TRUE!
I ordered and paid for record player, radio cd player almost 3 weeks ago and after 10 days having had no communication I enquired where my order was and only then was I told that the 'truck had been hijacked' but as I had paid additional sum for insurance the factory had dispatched this after another week I follow up and get told it is now being sent and to expect SMS with courier details that was 2 days ago and still nothing 17 days later still no delivery just 1 story after another BEWARE buying from these guys prices are good but nearly 3 weeks later still no delivery!!

I have had my fibre disconnected for 23 days, duplicate sales orders that I never asked for finally get connected to be told I have a cancelation request that again I did not ask for. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced, you cannot respond to 'no reply, email and i have spoken to 24 different consultants. The estate I live on only has Vodacom fibre if we had alternative option ALL living here would cancel with Vodacom
I have received 6 of 18 mags YTD (Woman & Home and Garden & Home) paid for 1 year subscription in December 2021. Despite promises that this will be resolved (countless emails later still no delivery) But get repeated calls mails to renew subscription
I have got fantastic service from Andrew Mathew who understood the urgency in replacing geyser and explaining why the full amount was not being settled he maximum payout and did so promptly and sent out another contactor swiftly to repaint water damage - WELL DONE
despite paying for annual subscription to this mag and Garden and Home paid for 6 December we have still not received ONE delivery 4 1/2 months later despite numerous emails and phone calls not 1 promise kept - Pathetic rip offs
I was charged 10% handling fee having bought a basin on Friday 7 Aug returned on Tuesday 11 Aug (box (unopened),also I picked it up from suppliers warehouse so they did not even handle it! Was told the supplier charges them so I must be charged. When buying from a competitor store I was told the supplier does not charge handling fees! This is unlawful (CPA) !! Will now lodge complaint with Consumer council
I drive to Tableview Cape Town from Malmesbury especially on a Wednesday to get my pensioners discount but today get told I must have builders warehouse card to now get this discount, why now after all these years? Added to this I discover that both Woodoc products sell for 35.7%(210 Vs 155) and 26.2%(210 Vs 135)cheaper at local small hardware store! Manager at store didn't seem interested when telling him!
Be careful when buying a gift voucher from this company! I purchased a R600 voucher for my daughter last month and when she went in to use it she was told it had already been spent!! She then had to go to another branch and fill in forms whilst they "investigate"! completely unacceptable
