This is a **** SITE. It looks professional but they never send your pet products and their responses to your queries are all automated. After the first few queries they stop responding.
Fantastic service, great cars, best of all the car rental places. Would use them again for sure. 👍
All I can say is wow! What an awesome sales team. Rian was truly amazing with his willingness to help get little issues sorted out before delivery of the vehicle. He went beyond walking the extra mile, during every aspect of the sale. The rest of the staff were super friendly, and Scott was one of the most affable yet professional people I have ever deslt with. I look forward to doing business with them again sometime in the future.
What a shocking company with poor service. They refused to pay a fraudulant card debit by the Centauro car rental company, despite promising to pay all claims if car rental company overcharges, or falsely debits your account with no approval. All proof was provided, but I was just told its between me and the rental company, even after explaining that they ignore all my e-mail's. They take your money, but have no intention of paying your claim. The one consultant, Ben, just stopped corresponding with me despite repeated e-mails asking him to respond or elevate it to a higher level. They also don't have a telephone number that you can contact them with, so how do you contact them when you need roadside assistance. You can also only claim retrospectively after your rental is over, so you have already paid costs which they go to all lengths to not to pay. Disgraceful.

They promised to provide roadside assistance, and when it was requested they refused to come out, in fact they put the phone down in my ear. Consultants were rude, car's remote didn't work, and tank wasn't full, but I was charged for it and never received a refund. They also without any authorization took over 300 euro off my account as they claimed I had lost their key. I tried to contact them by e-mail and was ignored, I tried to get the claim paid by rentalcover.com, and they said it was between me and the car rental company. What a scam. NEVER use them or rentalcover.com or rentalcars.com to book a car. The one is worse than the other, and I have full documentation to prove it.
What a terrible company! What poor service despite lengthy correspondence. Do NOT book a car through them. I rented a car through them with Centauro rent a car, and used their suggested comprehensive online insurance (rentalcover.com) which promises full cover. What they don't tell you is that rentalcover has NO telephonic contact number, only an e-mail, and you can only claim retrospectively. NOT very helpful when you need mechanical or roadside assistance, is it? Despite lengthy correspondance, I had to repair the car myself, and when trying to claim from rentalcover.com for a fraudulant credit card debit by Centauro, they refused to pay, saying it was between me and the car rental company, despite claiming to honour all excessive/fraudulant claims by the car rental company. I have extensive proof and documentation of my correspondence with them, with no success. They are a disgrace.
