I app**** for a payment holiday and they took over 30 days to review it while in the interim they harassed me with daily calls demanding payment on my accounts in arrears, not only that, they also randomly debited my account several times with a R147,00 penalty for every bounced off debit order. This resulted in almost R4000 worth of charges in a two month period.
Had my car for almost two years now and Standardbank has never asked me to provide proof of insurance and all of a sudden they send me a finalized insurance policy by hollard claiming that they called me to provide them with proof of insurance. What a sick joke this was, should a debit go off my account I'll not think twice but take my business elsewhere. These corporates are infringing on our consumer rights.
Telkom has been robbing me money for the past 3 months and I don't know what to do anymore. I called so many times for them to change my debit order date for my data contract. This is getting way out of hand.
Excellent customer service and exceptional delivery time.
Worst service ever, with poor customer service from the stuff. They failed to deliver an order in over 2 hours for a distance less than 2km.
